Haddie Keenum — Founder & Creative Director
Desert Bloom was created from a simple belief: wellness should feel elevated, energizing, and effortlessly woven into real life.
Before launching Desert Bloom, Haddie co-owned and operated multiple successful Nutrition Clubs across Indiana and Kentucky, building community-centered wellness spaces rooted in accountability, energy, and sustainable habits. Those years shaped her philosophy — wellness isn’t about restriction or perfection; it’s about consistency and environment.
After relocating to Arizona, Haddie saw an opportunity to reimagine what a wellness experience could look like. Desert Bloom blends premium ingredients, performance-focused nutrition, and modern design into a mobile bar experience that feels both luxurious and approachable.
As a mother, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate, she is passionate about helping busy professionals and families fuel their lives with intention — without sacrificing joy.
Jeremy Keenum — Co-Founder & Performance Wellness Specialist
Jeremy brings a strong foundation in fitness and performance to Desert Bloom.
With a background as a personal trainer, he has spent years helping clients build strength, energy, and long-term sustainable habits. Alongside Haddie, he helped launch and grow multiple Nutrition Clubs in the Midwest, where he developed systems focused on community, results, and operational excellence.
At Desert Bloom, Jeremy oversees product integrity, workflow, and the performance-driven side of the menu. His philosophy is simple: wellness should support real life. It should energize you, not overwhelm you.
He believes strength is built through daily habits, and Desert Bloom was designed to support exactly that.

Chloe has grown up behind the bar.
At just six years old, she already understands that Desert Bloom is more than drinks — it’s about people. Back when our family operated Nutrition Clubs in Kentucky, Chloe was known as the official greeter. Guests would walk in and look for her first. Her energy, confidence, and genuine love for people made her a favorite in the community.
She brings that same big personality to Desert Bloom today. Chloe reminds us daily that wellness should feel joyful, welcoming, and full of life.
Ellie — The Original Bar Baby
Ellie’s story started quite literally behind the bar.
During her first six months of life, she was attached to her mama while we worked in our Nutrition Clubs — often worn behind the counter as we blended drinks and built community. On days she wasn’t there, customers would ask, “Where’s the baby? We came to see her!”
Ellie represents the heart of Desert Bloom: family first, community always. She may have started as the tiniest team member, but she’s been part of this journey from the very beginning.
